Shopping Information
Can I view the products?
We're happy to show you our used designer furniture and display items via video-online viewing using WhatsApp, Facetime, ZOOM, or similar programs. Alternatively, you can also visit our warehouses in Cologne or Hamburg by appointment. Feel free to contact us to arrange a viewing!
How long does delivery take?
We deliver throughout Germany and across borders within 21 days – often within a week. If you need a timely delivery, please contact us!
Do you also ship internationally?
We also deliver your furniture beyond borders - feel free to contact us for this.
Can I buy my furniture now and receive it at a later date?
Storing your piece of furniture is generally possible.
How are the products delivered?
We handle each piece of furniture and display item with the utmost care and package it for transport. Our logistics team decides on site whether the furniture needs to be disassembled by us or can be delivered in one piece to the installation location.
How can I pay for my furniture?
We accept all common and secure payment methods. Cash payment upon delivery is also possible.
Will I receive an invoice?
You will, of course, receive an invoice from us. The billing address may differ from the delivery address. As we are subject to differential taxation, we do not show VAT separately.
