Brühl Roro Medium — Swivel seats & continuously adjustable relaxation function

A sofa that turns into a lounging area in the evening: on this Roro Medium by Roland Meyer-Brühl, you turn each of the two seats outwards by 90 degrees and a comfortable lying surface is created. In the seating position the width starts at 184 cm, unfolded it grows to up to 236 cm, and the depth ranges from 90 to 200 cm. A gas pressure spring lets you adjust the backrest continuously on both sides in height and inclination, so every intermediate setting between upright sitting and a flat sleeping position is possible. Smooth-running metal rails guide the swivel seats gently, while rubber straps in the back and spring wood slats in the seat provide ergonomic lying comfort. The two-seater is upholstered in brown leather.

Roro Medium at aaron-gmbh.com — Sustainable luxury

For people who love reading, enjoy long movie nights or regularly host guests, this two-seater is a well-thought-out solution on a small footprint. With the backrest raised it becomes a reading corner, set flat it becomes a reclining lounge and, when needed, a full-fledged guest bed. The swivelling seats allow different viewing directions and make the sofa a flexible centrepiece of open floor plans. We have checked and professionally refurbished this piece, and it is waiting for its new home in our warehouse in Hamburg. Compared with the new price of 7,100 €, you save considerably.

Why buy a pre-owned Brühl Roro Medium?

Bought pre-owned, a Roro Medium combines German design craftsmanship with conscious consumption. The tubular steel frame and suspension are built to last for many years, the swivel mechanism stays smooth-running even with intensive use, and the removable covers can be renewed. At Aaron GmbH, every piece is carefully checked and refurbished so that you receive a fully functional premium piece of furniture at an attractive price. Then there is its origin: Brühl has been manufacturing in its own factory in Bad Steben for decades, has been certified climate-neutral since 2017, uses FSC-certified wood and carries the "Blauer Engel" (Blue Angel) eco-label — making a pre-owned Brühl sofa doubly sustainable.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do the swivel seats on the Brühl Roro work?

The two swivel seats can be swiveled outwards by 90 degrees independently of each other. They glide on robust metal rails and transform the seating surface into a generous lying surface for relaxing or sleeping.

Is the backrest of the Brühl Roro continuously adjustable?

Yes, the backrest can be continuously adjusted in height and inclination on both sides. An integrated gas spring allows for individual adjustment from an upright sitting position to a flat lying position.

Is the Brühl Roro suitable as a sofa bed?

Thanks to sprung wooden slats in the seat area and permanently elastic rubber straps in the backrest, the Roro offers ergonomically high-quality lying comfort. It is suitable for occasional overnight stays as well as for regular sleeping.

What distinguishes the Brühl Roro from other sofa beds?

Unlike conventional sofa beds with folding or pull-out mechanisms, the Roro uses swivel seat elements and continuously adjustable backrests. This construction offers a seamless, flat lying surface without bothersome edges or creases.
