Brühl Roro Soft Medium – sofa, lounger and daybed

Brühl calls the Roro a milestone of modern, purist design since 1998. Roland Meyer-Brühl designed it, and it is made in the Medium and Small sizes, each as classic, spring or soft. Classic offers a firmer seat and a smooth, slim contour, spring has the give of an integrated spring core, and soft envelops you softly with generous upholstery. What they all share is the transformation via swivel seats and armrests and backrests that adjust continuously.

Better not. According to Brühl, folded-out armrests are not a seat but an extended lying surface or footrest. Do not put your full body weight on them, as the mechanism may suffer over time.

How do you clean the fabric cover of a Roro?

The removable fabric covers are attached to the frame with hook-and-loop tape. Depending on the fabric, they are dry-cleaned or, if washable, washed on a gentle cycle at up to 30 °C, without a tumble dryer. Cover the hook tape with loop tape beforehand so that the fabric is not damaged.
